FluentEDI

Pricing built against the industry's grain

Retail EDI pricing traditionally means setup fees, per-document charges, and a sales call to learn the number. We're doing the opposite.

Why flat pricing

Per-document pricing punishes you for shipping more — the week you get 30 POs is the week your EDI bill spikes. A supplier's cost of being compliant shouldn't scale with success. Flat means the price you see is the price at any volume.

Why we're not charging yet

We won't sell generated documents until our output has passed Walmart's own supplier certification testing with a design partner. Charging for unproven compliance files isn't a business, it's a liability. Until then everything usable is free, and thewaitlist gets a free year for early testers.

The comparison that matters

One prevented ASN chargeback typically pays for months of FluentEDI. The alternative quotes: $1k+ setup and $120–300/month at full-service providers (honest comparison), or 10–20 hours/month of manual keying (the math).
